Cardio Classes

Cardio HIIT

This heart pounding, sweat pouring, high intensity cardio exercises performed in HIIT intervals. HIIT cardio repeatedly pumps th e heart rate up fast, then drops it back down.

Cycle Classes

Cycle

This class uses hills, sprints, jump intervals, and flat roads to give you a varied cardio workout.

Strength Classes

Body Shop

Get a total body strength workout with simple equipment and your own body weight. With a variety of exercises, you will feel challenged and your muscles will thank you.

Core Blast

In just 30 minutes, strengthen and tone your abs, back, and glutes. Develop a strong core to facilitate your total body strength and posture goals.

Hybrid Classes (Cardio + Strength)

Tabata

A 30-minute cardio/strength hybrid high-intensity interval training workout consisting of eight rounds, 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest for four minutes.

Triple Threat

A fun, energetic 30-minute class focusing on total body training, with an emphasis on cardio, strength, and core.

Mind and Body Classes
